Measure your penis length and girth, then check the insertable length and internal diameter or circumference of the toy you like.

Extender vs. penis sleeve

An extender covers the entire penis, including the glans. With an extender, the whole penis becomes longer and thicker.

With a sleeve, the glans stays exposed. Sleeves make the penis thicker while length stays the same.

This also means the person wearing a sleeve will feel more than with an extender. Since the glans is left exposed—and it’s the most sensitive part—sleeves aren’t the best choice if your goal is to last longer in bed.
